Question:
What is an inverter?
Answer: An
inverter is a device that changes a 12V
DC car battery, or
deep cycle marine battery, into 120V
AC ( useable
household electricity )! You can run your home lighting,
TV, refrigerator, VCR , DVD player, computers, power
tools, shavers, sump pumps, and much more!
How It Works
A 12 volt car battery or 12 volt golf cart
battery, is stepped up to 120V
DC. Then the DC
is then converted into 120V AC
by a special design of ours. It is possible to run light
bulbs with 120V DC,
but you will need to turn that into
AC current to run
your TV, DVD etc. We do this by electronic
switching or we use our new mechanical can oil filled
canister type commutator design. All you need is to use
is a high efficient electric motor that runs in the
milliamps to turn the commutator switching shaft, the
oil in the can will keep the commutator from sparking!
You can even convert an old DC
motor from an auto junk yard, rewire it and fill it with
oil just as well. You can adjust the speed of the motor
to get the desired 60 Hz or any Hz you desire.
Notice: These plans are
good, but not as step by step as many of our other plans
are. This is knowledge that everyone should still learn
and know, in case of an emergency, or for anyone wanting to
get off the power grid now!
If you ever wanted to build your own inverter, then
you should get these plans. Packed with
information you may not find any where else! Free
updates are included with the purchase of these plans.
See the many new approaches we have discovered in making
an easy to build homemade inverter! Can be used as a
modified sign wave or a possible pure sine wave
inverter, if you allow the DC
to be pulsed into a large transformer and choke. By
doing it this way you should not need an oil switching
commutator canister to turn the
DC to AC,
the transformer will do that for you. 240V can be made
by using ( 2 ) 12V DC
batteries in series. This input 24V
DC into the inverter
to be stepped up and changed to
AC.

Learn how to build our 100 watt inverter section
first. Then simply connect them or stack them to get
the desired wattage output that you need. You should
have no problem in building an inverter or converter to
output 500 watts, 1000 watts or 5000 watts. If you do
not want to build your own 5000 watt inverter, many
companies are now manufacturing them and selling them
online. Still, it is always cheaper to build them
yourself.
What makes our inverter so unique is the stepping up
process. Our voltage stepping up process is very
different from other inverters you may have seen.
Manufactures seem to make the process very hard and very
expensive for anyone to build for themselves. I'll give
you an example, a 4,000 watt pure sine wave 120 volts ac
x 60 Hz inverter sells for about $3,000 or more! But it
maybe possible to build one for yourself for about $200
or less. We have made it simple and cheap for you to
construct your own inverter at any size wattage you
desire using our plans and information as a building
block. Though there maybe a little more maintenance
compared to a store bought unit.
Supplies are easy to find and purchase:
You can buy the supplies needed at any local hardware
store in your area, and on the internet under
electronic supply companies.
